Dividend Policy

The Company has the policy to pay dividend to the shareholders at the rate of not less than 40.00% of the net profit in the separate financial statement after corporate income tax, statutory reserves as prescribed by law and specified by the Company for that particular year, and debt obligations under the terms of loan agreements (if any).

Accordingly, the Board of Directors may make payment of dividend at different rates. Factors will be taken into consideration in the interest of the shareholders, for example, the economic conditions, the operational results and financial position, the cash flow, the reserve for future investment, the reserve for repayments of loans, the working capital, the conditions and restrictions of loan agreements. In addition, the payment of dividend will not materially affect its normal operations as the Board of Directors considers reasonable or appropriate.
